Chiropractors: Alan Smith - East Grinstead

I sought Alan Smith's help just prior to and after he qualified as a chiropractor. I had a severely distorted pelvis as a result of working for a prolonged period on my son's car in a contorted position. The resultant distortion to my spine and trapping a sciatic nerve made normal life very difficult and painful. I first went to an osteopath of considerable renown - treatment was very painful and left me in a worse condition and angry. A recomendation from a colleague and, more importantly, my GP in E Grinstead at the time, recommended I see a chiropractor. Alan Smith, using the McTimony Technique, quickly identified the problem and remedied it painlessly in a most calm and assuring manner. I think I had two sessions and Alan advised me to regularly perform a simple exercise at home to help maintain structural alignment. Alan is the best practitioner I have seen by a long way. I went to him in terrible pain and came out a different person. He is very knowledgeable and professional, but gentle with it. I was afraid of going to a chiropratcotr with my pain (as I had already been to a different one and the pain got worse), but Alan actually relieved the pain enormously in just one session. One week later I was completely pain free and could walk normally. I would definitely recommend him....
